All sales are final and must be purchased through our secure website with a Credit Card.

Due to the nature of sourcing the equipment, please allow up to 10 business days for your order to ship.

Refund Policy

• Any item may be returned (except Custom Package Orders) minus a 25% Re-Stocking Fee *15% Loss Of Sales Fee may apply depending on length of time before return.
• Monies returned are LESS OUR SHIPPING & HANDLING COSTS.
• The item MUST be returned within 10 days of when it is the customer’s possession.
• All returns based upon CONDITION of unit upon return.
• All parts must be present for a full refund to apply.
• SHIPPING is the responsibility of the buyer.
• Items returned MUST USE MAJOR SHIPPING SERVICE WITH SIGNATURE UPON RECEIPT FROM I.D.E.A. The services we accept are: FED EX, UPS and USPS.
• Refunds will be processed within 30 days of when the item is received and signed for at our offices.
• All refunds are in the form of a Company Check..
• No refunds on Custom Orders.
